Heritage:  Honoring Our Ancestors– Samhain/Halloween is the time of the year that some believe the veil thins between our world and the spirit world, bringing us closer to those who have died.  We take the time to pause at this time by honoring our ancestors.  This year, we are blessed to have Whale Maiden share a ritual with us that she learned from a CUUPS (Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans) group at another Florida congregation.  Please bring a picture of an ancestor you want to remember for our shared altar.  We will call out their names, respond with a chant, and end with a sacred fire on the patio.
