10:00 a.m. – Sunday Seekers
Sunday Seekers is a group which meets at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning. It evolved from adult RE to a support group for those who attend. 11:00 a.m. – Children’s Religious Exploration
The children’s program is now meeting every Sunday morning! We are exploring the seven principles and what it means to be UU.

Juneteenth (a portmanteau of June and nineteenth) – also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day – is an observance of the emancipation of those who had been enslaved in the United States. Enslaved Africans in Galveston, Texas, the state where the last of the enslaved ancestors learned of their freedom on June 19, 1865
Juneteenth is now celebrated annually on the 19th of June throughout the United States. The Juneteenth National theme is Prosperity through Juneteenth: Black Wall Street 100 Years, Juneteenth Observance Lakeland theme is “Honoring The Ancestors: None Are Free Until ALL Are Free”!
