Rest as Resistance: Perhaps you’ve heard of this new movement that embraces rest as a form of resistance or maybe it’s all new to you. Either way, this Sunday, we will learn about the roots of the movement– the who’s and the why’s and why that’s important. We will explore different ways rest can help us all as we take turns being resistors and liberating us all from grind culture. Bring your pillows and blankets and we will practice resting together so that we may be effective in bringing about change in the world!
