Choosing Hope, Choosing Covenant Unitarian Universalism is just built differently. From covenant to shared values to congregational polity and shared ministry, these different ways of doing religion are why we chose this faith. That also means that the abstract concepts of faith, like hope, look different, too. So, what is hope to a Unitarian Universalist? This Sunday, we will explore what happens in our brains, to our lives, and to the world around us when we choose to keep our covenants and choose to play an active role in keeping hope alive in a world where hope is hard to find.
