Building Belonging: Creating a Solid Foundation. We made a plan (our vision statement), we cleared the debris (the behaviors that don’t build belonging), now we are ready to pour a solid foundation for the belonging, and for the community, that we are building. A solid foundation will be one that is centered in love and filled with our Shared UU Values. Join Crystal, Heather, and Helen as they bring you their inspirations and learnings from the UUA’s General Assembly. They will share what they learned about how to provide a solid foundation for our community so that our values are an integral part of what we are doing, building, and living. From worship and programming to social justice and trans rights, to the Congregational Study Action Issues and the Action of Immediate Witness, we will learn, sing, and find joy together.
