
All Levels – approximately 60-minute instruction in the Hatha style will include a gentle warm-up, poses to build strength and stability, and a brief guided meditation.
WE DO HAVE A FEW MATS AND BLOCKS AVAILABLE FOR USE, but Please Bring your own mat, blocks, blankets and wear comfortable clothing for movement.
