Easter Sunday: Transformation. What if the resurrection is actually about a sacred entanglement of life and death rather than an event on a linear timeline separating the living from the dead? What if we transformed our understanding of resurrection by enlarging the circle of life? This year’s Easter service explores the concept of resurrection from a queer theological lens, seeking to trouble the timeline, bringing life back to those in UUCL’s past, and will engage us in a spiritual practice of “talking to people in the future” about who we are now.
