10:00 a.m. – Adult Discussion Group(grupo de debate de adultos)

Does Scott Adams comments on race relations merit discussion or dismissal?   What causes the discrepancies in pay between men and women (about ,8o cents on a dollar)?


10:00 a.m. – Sunday Seekers(domingo buscadores)

This is a place to express joys and sorrows, discuss issues of the week, and receive companionship and loving support from other group members in a confidential manner.

Both The Adult Discussion Group and Sunday Seekers welcome first timers.

11:00 a.m. – Children’s Religious Exploration(exploración religiosa para niños)

Children of all ages are invited to join us! We start in the sanctuary with the adults, then before the sermon we head over to the children’s classroom.  We have discussion to build community and explore the ideas brought up in the worship service. We also have stories, games, arts and crafts and other activities to have fun and learn together.

11:00 a.m. – Worship Service     (servicio de adoración)

Vulnerability- This Sunday, we will approach the difficult topic of domestic abuse.  Heather was asked, “how do we stop it?”.  While there is no easy answer, this worship service will explore this question from the standpoint of healing and changing our cultural values.  There will be poetry and music to help us in this endeavor.  We will be taking up a collection for Red Tent Initiative, a local organization that helps victims.  Alison Foley-Rothrock, RTI’s founder, may even be able to join us!  If this topic is hard for you, please feel free to reach out to Heather with any questions or concerns.
