10:00 a.m. – Sunday Seekers
Sunday Seekers evolved from the Adult-RE discussion-group format to more of a “support group” format.  It’s a place to express joys and sorrows, discuss issues of the week, and receive companionship and loving support from other group members.

11:00 a.m. – Children’s Religious Exploration
The children’s program is now meeting every Sunday morning! We are exploring the seven principles and what it means to be UU.

Rosenberg has used these techniques to mediate between such entities as countries in conflict, labor groups and non labor groups, culturally different groups and families. His seminal book, Non-violent Communication has sold over 1,000,000 copies worldwide.,Your presenter Andy Quinn, is local private practice therapist and has found these techniques invaluable in negotiating the sometimes difficult terrain of relationships. 

What I want in my life is compassion, a flow between myself and others based on a mutual giving of the heart.
