11:00 a.m. – Children’s Religious Exploration(exploración religiosa para niños)

Children of all ages are invited to join us! We start in the sanctuary with the adults, then before the sermon we head over to the children’s classroom.  We have discussion to build community and explore the ideas brought up in the worship service. We also have stories, games, arts and crafts and other activities to have fun and learn together.

The Practice of Invitation: Universalism Day  “Bright those jewels of the skies which in sable darkness glow. Brighter in compassion’s eyes are the silent tears which flow.” –Hosea Ballou II, 19th C. Universalist minister.  What makes Universalism an inviting faith? Come join us this Sunday as we honor Universalism Day with some history, theology, music, and fun!

Please join us for Social time after the service. Snack or drink contributions welcomed.  

Starting Point classes

Starting Point Session #1 for newcomers (and old timers who want to keep learning and get to know our new folks!) is September 29, after service, in the Sanctuary. Our Starting Point classes are a great way to learn more about Unitarian Universalism, UUCL, and one another! We follow a small group type format but also include interactive and reflective activities and learning time.  Heather
