It was a joy to be able to share with you on Sunday the UUA’s Article II Commission Proposal. As I stated during worship, this is a tremendous and incredible act of cocreation that, I believe, will generate shared values and covenant that truly reflect what is at the center of Unitarian Universalism. I urge any of you to get involved in the process by reviewing what has already been proposed, reflecting upon it, and offering feedback to me or the UUCL Board of Trustees. Furthermore, you might consider being a delegate at this year’s General Assembly so that you can take part in the Article II mini assemblies and offer feedback for the congregation. GA takes place the fourth weekend of June in Pittsburgh, PA this year but you can also attend virtually.
Here is the link to Article II resources. Start here and be sure to click on the links on the left side that tell you what Article II is, why and what the commission was charged with, who they are, and the report that was just released last Friday:

Thank you all and I look forward to continuing our conversation about these changes!
