It’s finally here– the final week of the fall semester!  Both Helen and I are diligently working on final papers and projects.  Feel free to send us words of encouragement so we can sustain the energy it takes to get to the finish line!  Also welcome– coffee, tea (I think Helen drinks soda), chocolate, snacks, Curry Mango and a glass of wine.  I’m only just kidding around, maybe… it’s important to maintain a good sense of humor during finals week : )  

I know that I look forward to sharing more of what I’m working on with all of you.  I’ve really enjoyed perusing through the UUCL archives and finding out more about Cleo E. Thomas for my history paper.  AMAZING woman and you all need to “get to know her” like I have been.  She’s inspiring and definitely laid down the patterns of shared ministry we have at UUCL today.  More to come!  Back to those dreaded footnotes I have to do…
