During the worship service, our children and youth will be invited to the Meditative Maker’s Corner in the sanctuary to work on an activity that is relevant to the day’s theme and helps to teach them about Unitarian Universalism- our Principles and our Sources- and encourages them to learn how to worship Please email Jenni Warren at [email protected] for more information.
11:00 a.m. – Worship ServiceBalance: Our Connections to This Land- How do you feel connected to this place where we live? What is your place in the inter-relatedness of all that surrounds you? Where do you notice the beauty and how does that keep you balanced? This Sunday, Heather will lift up some of the history of this area, and then you will have the chance to further create the worship experience by bringing in a natural or man-made artifact for our altar, your pictures, and your stories.
Social Justice Meeting, this Sunday
Your next Social Justice meetings will be “working meetings” lets get busy making a difference while we plan and discuss our future. SEPT 15th, well be filling bags with supplies for the homeless and the one after that, we’ll change light bulbs to a more energy efficient alternative. Come join us!
