11:00 a.m. – Children’s Religious Exploration(exploración religiosa para niños)

Children of all ages are invited to join us! We start in the sanctuary with the adults, then before the sermon we head over to the children’s classroom.  We have discussion to build community and explore the ideas brought up in the worship service. We also have stories, games, arts and crafts and other activities to have fun and learn together.

Nurturing Gratitude: Unplugging, Buying Local and Secondhand as a way to Nurture Gratitude and Defund the Oligarchy? What a keen idea! Groovy! Far out! Totally radical! Join us as we explore new old ways that can support gratitude practices and resistance to our current consumerist culture. Nurturing gratitude requires a reframing of our thoughts and a reconsidering of how we engage in our relationships. This Sunday, we will have fun as we reshape ourselves and our community so that we don’t look like a reflection of the larger American culture. Sweet! It’ll be off the hook!
